It’s really cool how I’ve been getting so many new callers that want me to either instruct them on CBT or tie them up and torture them, and sometimes even tell them a castration fantasy.

There are several things that I think contribute to this influx of callers that like me to torture them:

• I watch a lot of horror movies, including the gruesome type like the “Saw” series and “Hostel”. Also pretty bloody ones like “American Psycho” and “Body Double” (one of my favorite Scorcese films).
• I have a background in medical research. Nothing will prepare you for gruesomeness (as well as sterile technique) if that won’t.
