In my last post, I said I would next post some things you might want to use for CBT or discipline when you call me for a phone sex session.
I have always been what is called a “Spatula Domme,” that is, I don’t have a dungeon or a lot of equipment, and so I make do with various items that I have at home, especially for CBT and corporal punishment.

I feel that this is actually better for my phone sex callers who would rather spend their money on a phone Domme that can talk them through a cock and ball torture or discipline session, rather than a lot of expensive equipment that they have no idea how to use.
And so I thought I would make a little list of some of the items that I recommend for my phone sex pets.
For a tingling sensation: Depending on how tingling you want it, I recommend Gold Bond Lotion, minty toothpaste, BenGay, or liniment. Gold Bond is at the less tingly end and BenGay/liniment is at the most. You will need some lube to blend in with the toothpaste as it will feel dry. Also to intensify the tingly sensation on your penis, you can put a condom on over it.
I DO NOT recommend putting anything as strong as BenGay or liniment up your ass. If you want a tingly sensation up your ass, use freshly cut ginger for figging. Here are some instructions on how to do figging.
For sounding: I do NOT recommend putting anything down your urethra that is not been sanitized. You can buy medical sounds at a good BDSM or fetish store. You can sanitize them by wiping down with alcohol and letting air dry on a clean surface or (my preference) boiling for 10 minutes, removing with tongs, and letting air dry on a clean, bleached kitchen towel. I’d also recommend using antibiotic ointment or sterile lube in the little unitized packets. The last thing in the world you want is a urinary tract infection. Also you NEVER want to force anything into your urethra, especially with an erection. There is a certain way to put things down in there, and you need to know what you are doing – or have someone who does – coaching you.
So if you are calling an “insta-domme” and she tells you that, once you’re hard, to force in Q-tips, or even worse, Q-tips soaked in jalapeno juice or Ben-Gay, you might want to try someone who actually knows what she’s doing.. (and yes, I’ve been told more than one horror story about the above).
For binding and corporal punishment: I prefer a cut-off pantyhose leg for binding the balls and cock. It’s stretchy and so I am not so worried about cutting off circulation for too long. Some of my callers prefer shoe-strings, twine, silk scarves, etc. Whatever gets the job done is fine with me. Also cock and ball rings that you buy are fine, but I’ve seen that they don’t fit a lot of guys all that great. Sometimes you may have to try several kinds before you get some you like.
For weighting the balls: You can buy parachutes with weights if you like. Most of these seem to unsnap at a critical moment. I’ve made up a little Rube Goldberg type of setup that I share with my callers. You can ask about this when you call..
For snapping and clipping – I like rubber bands. I prefer you have several sizes and widths. Also I like you to have clothespins, but how many people hang out their clothes nowadays? Your basic binder clip, anywhere from 1″ to 2″ works fine. You can also buy nipple clamps, which can be used on the nether regions as well.
For spanking: Several different options here. I like my callers to use a leather belt, a flogger, a cat-o-nine, a spatula, a crop, a flyswatter, a wooden paddle. Any or all of the above is fine, depending on how much pain you can take.
Candle wax: One of the most pleasant “painful” sensations to me is to have candle wax dripped all over my pussy lips and ass. And I’m not even a painslut. I like to have you drip wax all over your cock and balls, cool it down with ice, then whip it off with with a crop or other utensil. I prefer you use the tapered dinner candles or the big fat stand alone ones. Do not use the religious ones in the glass tubes. The glass makes the wax hotter, and you can get second degree burns (blisters). Also you can control the heat to some extent by varying the distance between the flame and your cock and balls.
For anal: Although not technically in the CBT category, a lot of guys do like it along with CBT. If you are really into anal, I suggest you buy a buttplug or an anal dildo or vibrator. Anal toys are shaped differently than vaginal ones for obvious reasons. Some guys can’t have them because of their wives or gf’s. For these, I’d suggest you use a tapered candle. Make sure it’s long enough you can have a good grip on it and it doesn’t go all the way in. (An aside – my pet is an ER doctor, and most of you have no idea what things people will put up their collective asses, and then get stuck).
Ice: I use ice for a number of reasons in cock and ball torture. One is to keep the guy from cumming, if it’s an extended edging session. I might also have you put frozen “popsicles” made with plain water up your ass, or if it’s rounded, you can slip a piece inside without hurting yourself – after all it can’t get stuck inside. Also I use it to help with the pain. So you might want to ask me about it if you are interested.
About painsluts and cock and ball torture: In my humble opinion, pain sluts that are into cock and ball torture are a distinct breed of men. MOST men will lose an erection if their genitals are tortured. There is no shame in this; it doesn’t make you less of a man. If you like CBT, you’ve probably been torturing yourself for some time before coming to me, and for this reason, I listen very closely to you and your experiences. This is NOT to discourage anyone from calling me up for CBT – I of course will ask you about your history on this the first time you call or email me. But if you’ve not ever tried it, I feel it’s my duty to tell you it’s not for everyone.
